Perhaps a little "leakage" now and then could become a good thing?
I once was told by a plumber, that a little leakage prevents "pressure" buildup and also aids to prevent things from becoming "stuck" or "frozen".
Just 2 cents worth.

I think the "pre-hiccup" forum is full of leaks and hints but you have to carefully READ EVERY POST to make any sense of it.
Those of us with a public profile are obviously unable to contribute much more than uninformed opinions.
The other issue is that the technology is WAY BEYOND any "garage workshop project". This is something that needs computer modelling and advanced math "a-priory". Forget about putting together anything out of available parts and materials.
The only purpouse in building "gravitators" and testing them is to try and sort out WHY the Coulomb force is not reacting as calculated using classic Maxwell equations. This is what Brown did at the Bahmson Lab with Kitselman.
If Maxwell's equation and the Coulomb force equation are somehow incorrect, that means F does not equal M times A and that "throws out" Newtonian Math and Calculus as the founding priciple of any "force equation" based on gravity.
That whole issue regarding the founding principle of Newtonian math and the gravity force will not be easilly toppled. Ask Einstein. He had to fudge a little with the universal constance, and today all of physics has been thrown into a tizzy as we find out that everything we thought about the gravity force and the expanding universe is completely wrong.
