Hello Everyone!
Has anyone here played around with BaTiO3?
I've got a sonar transducer made of the stuff that
builds up one heck of a charge.

BaTiO3
Re: BaTiO3
Barium Titanate, never played with it but have used semiconductors with it and thermistors due to it's positive temperature coefficent. I believe in it's natural state it is an excellent insulator, like silicon, until it is doped with a metallic impurity.106 wrote:Hello Everyone!
