"A Helluva Bubble"

Postby Paul S. » Fri Jun 13, 2008 4:22 pm

Today, I return to the material in earnest. Which means, among other things, firing up "Windows" for the first time in months to return to the program (Office OneNote) where I gathered and organized (!) all the material I used in writing the first draft. (I haven't used Windows in months and haven't missed it; but there is no way to get my "OneNote" stuff over to the Mac side, so I'm going to have to start using it again....)

The first thing that found in a section of notes I made for "the second draft" begins, I think, a link to this post:

viewtopic.php?p=12576#12576

Where Twigsnapper has written:

langley wrote:"When Brown was involved in the high altitude nukes (Argus I think Paul wrote) it would have been for an interpretation of the ionic effects and other things. Track back and yea, the first big ion thing was the cyclotron at the Crocker Rad Lab. Even Bradford Shank and his electrostatic filters, its all ions. My thoughts on it. It bamboozled me at first, and then yea, these guys were heavily into ions. And thats the connection and commonality.

It wasnt the bomb itself. But there is a specific set of weapons effects in certain settings which were in need of full description perhaps."

I hope someone is taking notes. That was a helluva bubble. twigsnapper

"A specific set of weapons effects in certain settings" = "a helluva bubble" (I think he means "whale bubbles," and not necessarily white whale bubbles...)

This discussion to stems from some of Langley's input about some of the unseen implications of dawn of the nuclear age, and Dr. Brown's peripheral involvement with that era through the likes of Bradford Shank -- and their stand in opposition to the emerging "nuclear establishment."

Anybody else care to speculate what Twigsnapper was driving at when he said this was "a helluva bubble" ?

It feels like I have a Santa Fe diesel electric loco pushing at the back of me.

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/magnetic/

Flip flop

Something in a guided ion field - plasma. Changed state. The disclosed effects - important and relevent but not IT. Something in the opposite direction - down into the nub of the stuff - something in the nature of ions relates to how the components of the atoms are formed and transformed - like they are a bursting forth. Dont know enough to go further. Theres a plasma bubble this side. There's a disturbance on the other side? Like a lens? Are we looking at an over unity output in the energy of the plasma bubble? A resonant effect affecting the zpf?

In the 1990s US Armed Forces Shortwave radio from Antartica had to stop transmitting. I was miffed, but intrigued. The reason was - they had to stop the shortwave because of high powered RF experiments in the atmosphere at the US Antarctic base.

Perhaps Mr. Twigsnapper was implying the development of particle beam weapons ?

Basically an acceleration of charged electrons, protons, ions, or other charged particles that are focused in a tight beam to destroy operating targets (human or technological) through overheating, electrical damage, or other interaction.

Here are a few links:

Also, the abstract from NASA, Washington, NASA/DOD Flight Experiments Technical Interchange Meeting Proceedings 11 p (SEE N93-28699 11-12) contains a reference to the addition of cesium ions:

Neutral Particle Beam (NPB) weapons systems are planned to perform the ballistic missile defense functions of nuclear weapon/decoy discrimination and warhead kill at appropriate energy levels and ion currents. Negatively charged ions are produced in a specialized ion source and focused into a high quality particle beam.

NPB linear accelerators accelerate and steer the negatively charged ions using electric and magnetic fields. After acceleration and steering the neutralizer system strips away extra electrons from ions to form the electrically neutral particle beam. The neutral beam then travels through space to the target unaffected by the Earth's magnetic fields. Continuing technological advances have greatly reduced the size and weight of NPB accelerator systems.

Ion current production has been enhanced by over 100 percent with the intermittent addition of cesium at the NPB ion source device. This increase in current is essential to attain the most light weight, compact NPB platforms and minimize expensive launch costs. Addition of cesium into the ion source has been identified by the NPB community as the highest priority risk reduction space experiment necessary prior to planned NPB accelerator experiments and later weapons systems.

The NPB Cesium Space Experiment is planned to successfully demonstrate controlled cesium introduction and vaporization into a simulated ion source chamber. Microgravity effects on the cesium deposition will be studied as will the effects of small amounts of cesium on high voltage accelerator components that might be susceptible to electrical insulator break downs. The experiment design will simulate as closely as possible the environment, physical and operational characteristics of the actual NPB ion source.

Cesium, eh?

Cesium Space Experiment?? Is there a timeframe on this?

Yo, Twigsnapper... did Andrew just pop a bubble?

HAARP playing softly in the background, imagine the flux lines to the poles with energised spots created by RF transmission. And the ion weapon could be an energy source at appropriate energy levels. A tractor beam almost. The craft skating over the flux lines like a tram in orbit.

A proposition:
the passage of electromagnetic radiation, ie light, passes through fields of variable energy density, the frequency of the radiation interacts with the variable field.

The result of that interaction (between vectored radiation and a variable static field) determines the matter manifested in that space.

That particles manifest as a result of a response to an environment is shown by the neutrino:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutrino
Which states in part:
"Electron neutrinos or antineutrinos are generated whenever neutrons change into protons or vice versa, the two forms of beta decay. Interactions involving neutrinos are generally mediated by the weak force.

Most neutrinos passing through the Earth emanate from the sun, and more than 50 trillion solar electron neutrinos pass through the human body every second."
Neutrinos become protons as a result of interactions. The cosmos is neutrino dense. Neutrinos, it follows, are part of the finer sub structure of the cosmos. They become part of the courser, denser structure (protons have more mass than a neutrino, though protons are derived from neutrinos.) of the cosmos.

The sideral variation of local energy densities may lead to varying neutrino densities and interactions. The neutrino as a particle is a manifestation of underlying energy states. The energy state which creates the neutrino may be novel. Conventionally.

Wow..... this is the best thread I've seen so far.

This website is pretty incredible :P

I love this bubble stuff a whole lot I get the feeling vortexes fit into this. How about you Mikado?
