Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Good morning all! Sorry I have not been posting lately, I'm a truck driver and stay pretty busy. Most of my little free time I spend brainstorming during the weekdays, making notes and drawing sketches for my project. It is only on the weekend that I can even hope of actual experimenting. That being...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Gregg, First I plan on using a different design prior to using a solid dielectric. This other design will still permit me to use my disc model. After the first tests and confirmation I will use servos to permit charge shifting for horizontal flight. Again, my first tests are going to be focused on v...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

htmagic,
My adjustable power supply is 50vdc @ 5ma.
Based upon prior research, I am positive that this will power a 1 pound or less disk.
Luckily for me, my disc weighs a little less than 1 pound.

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Can you hear it?
The music is now playing because I have received my power supply yesterday !
Now, should I do the Texas 2 step, the waltz or really DANCE?
I think I owe it to myself to really DANCE !
One, two, cha cha cha
Three, four, cha cha cha.

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Gregg,
I was thinking of the 50kv@5ma supply from Information Unlimited.
But I also noticed a 50kv@40ma on Ebay.
Email me at my regular email address and tell me what you think.

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

This week I will be ordering my power supply !
I have been thinking alot on different experiments, and I am sure progress will be made!

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

I am happy to report that I have found a reference to a website that Iost awhile back. This makes for interesting reading dealing with charging high-k dielectrics. Visit this website:www.the avalonfoundation.org/docs/hemiscap.html I am sure everyone will be impressed. The actual site I was looking f...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Martin, Good reply, glad you understand. I've always wondered why, with so many lifter duplications in the world, why hasn't anyone else asked like thinkers to progress to another level. Trust me when I say, that no matter how hard I try to think other thoughts, this idea keeps returning like a pesk...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Martin, Basically I just want to go beyond the present lifter design. As far as developing this into a large size saucer, I don't see that in my plans. Excuse me if I don't reveal what is in my head for further down the line. Things have a habit of changing in life, so I just go where the road leads...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Pegasus, is the name I have given for the hopes of going beyond the lifter to develop a disc type device capable of flight on a small scale first to demonstrate the feasibility.

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Good evening to all, After a moment to catch up on some needed rest, I am here to talk about Project Pegasus. Lets assume for a moment that big government somewhere has such a device already. When this project is completed, what would be the next logical step? A bigger prototype? Perhaps a wireless ...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Perhaps someone could answer this question. A few years ago I found a website that showed experiments with different materials. One of the materials was either barium titanate of barium strontium titanate. The experiments stayed in my mind because the researchers were very professional and even stat...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Sorry for the late replies Ladies and Gents. I just got home from working a 5am-7pm shift, trust you understand. Now, lets DANCE! htmagic=I think 50kvdc minimum is the LEAST amount needed based upon my observations of Tim Ventura's 4 ft lifter. Also, AC power may add more thrust? The disc is readily...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Pegasus is the Greek mythical flying horse. Project:Pegasus is the name I have given to my experiment of going beyond the lifter to create a more efficient, aerodynamic device capable of flight. I was hoping that by starting this thread, individuals would stay on topic and consider joining me by off...
