Townsend's Orb of Light Experience and Transcendental Consciousness

When Linda told me of Townsend's encounter with a glowing light, I thought of it as a spiritual experience rather than a UFO encounter. It seemed to bear a similarity to what Canadian psychiatrist, R.M. Bucke called cosmic consciousness: 1. The person, suddenly, without warning, has a sense of being...

Re: Do we know if Townsend had a German patent issued in 1929/1930?

You are right, that is the one he was claiming in Feb, 1929. He said the application for the German patent was made in June, 1928.

Thank you for the fix. I would have been happy with just the top one changed.

Time Travel: It's a wonderment.

I come up against something at least once a day that causes me wonder. As in I wonder if A is somehow connected to B? I have intentionally stayed out of the FTM discussion, because there is no hard evidence for it. The "closest" (if you can call a third hand report close) is a recent repor...

Do we know if Townsend had a German patent issued in 1929/1930?

He is on record saying that he had a French patent and was applying for a German patent. Have either of those been found?

Re: Space Juice: an account of a visit with TTB, published in 2019

This cluster of ideas includes: there is a pre-physical, psychic/awareness reality from which physical reality is created (I believe this). Then that there's an "ether" by which the psychic/physical interface is mediated (I believe there must be such an interface, but it doesn't have to i...

Reading the recent comments on Jesse's video and I come to this:

Hey, Old Timers...remember The Octopus? The Netflix series is out.

Back in the olden days, we knew whiffs of the story from Raymond Lavas' (AKA Trickfox, AKA PeeTee on the forums) account of working with Michael Ricconosciuto. IIRC,the story MR told someone, was that they were using Brown's work for the beneficiation of uranium, in a mine somewhere, but the FBI cla...

Re: 21st Century Propulsion Report prepared for Dr. Franklin Meade by Veritay technologies

Nate, what I believe, based on what Townsend has said, is that his first demonstration of the BB effect was with the boat model used in Hawaii. As far as I can tell the saucers were a follow-on development, so no, there is no record of them before 1950. But speaking of Van Tassel, and digging deep i...

Re: I’m Mark Moody

Welcome, Mark.

Our forum paths crossed briefly years ago.

I believe a copy of Townsend's letter to the teenager you were, from many years ago is out on the internet, somewhere. I hope you still have a copy of it!

Are you going to enter Jesse's contest?

Bringing this to the top again, as it is also being discussed on Twitter. Nate, in addition to your observations above, Jesse also noted that the Project Veritay tests were performed with much lower voltages. This is, indeed, a flawed report.
