I can't remember which comedianne it was who said that women don't mean to lie to their husbands, it just takes too damned long to tell the truthe!
I am really interested in the answer to that question. What DID she say? And then the reacl kicker ... How did he take whatever she told him???
Hey fellows put yourself in his shoes for a moment. I have no doubt that her husband is quite an intelligent and interesting character and from what I gather they have been together for a very long time. But he had to know about Morgan in his wifes past, didn't he? Or what this character a TOTAL surprise? If so ...oh oh ...... one thing to try to introduce the fellow who was your childhood sweetheart, maybe the accountant from the next town over, or maybe even the banker or maybe the high school principal ... but someone with credentials like Morgans?
And we keep asking how her husband accepted the Morgan influence? What about the other way around. She is MARRIED now. Morgan was not there for that. What sort of stand is he going to take up against the person who did take his place obviously for all of those years? oh oh.
This is like a WHOLE new slant on things. And I agree that it doesn't directly tell the story of Townsend Brown but this is all a result of his life isn't it and it is so deliciously complex. I am trusting things turn out well but I can imagine for awhile, for Linda< her life was simply thrown up in the air. Entirely interested in how she sorts things out.
Victoria? Where are you dear? This is just your cup of tea!!! grady
